After struggling to stay on the field last season, Joey Bosa still finds himself in great company.

Each year, the NFL ranks the top 100 players in the league. Last year, despite what the graphic says, Bosa was actually ranked #30 on the 2022 list

So why did he fall so dramatically?

Well, Bosa missed 12 games last season with a groin injury, but his reputation of being a premier edge rusher in the game is why he finds himself on this list for the seventh straight year.

Also, being the best defensive rookie when you come into the league isn't too bad, either.

Some of the names that Bosa is ranked above include:

  • Demarcus Lawrence (#99)
  • Aidan Hutchinson (#88)
  • Za'Darius Smith (#84)

Bosa looks to stay healthy this year and help guide this Chargers team to a deeper playoff run than they went on last year.

We all saw Bosa's frustration at the end of that Jacksonville game last year. He might be playing with a little bit of revenge this season.

And I, for one, would not want to be standing in the way of an angry Joey Bosa.

While the list goes on, we'll eventually see Joey's brother Nick make an appearance.

But for Joey, what do you think? Was he ranked too high, too low, or just right?
