DeAndre Hopkins is looking for his next team in the NFL after seven seasons with the Houston Texans and three seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. His relationship with Arizona had turned sour after a year that saw them finish 4-13 and the front office tried their best to send him away in a trade.

However, they have now lost him for nothing after he got released a few days ago and can sign with any franchise of his choice. Hopkins still remains of the more experienced and talented WR's in the league so plenty of teams have him on their radars. His contract will be quite interesting because he's expressed certain expectations recently but also wants to play with a talented QB.

Your Los Angeles Chargers could certainly thrive off adding another elite offensive option for Justin Herbert to work with and they have been heavily rumored to be a favorite to bring him in. And it's looking like two teams in competition to sign Hopkins have fallen out of the race according to NBC's Albert Breer.

"As for where this goes next, I'd say the price will dictate that. Under current circumstances, unlikely KC or Buffalo go get him. If his price drops (both teams offered incentive-heavy deals), then ... maybe. (Both KC and Buffalo talked directly to Hopkins, and liked him.)"

Either one of the Kansas City Chiefs or the Buffalo Bills getting their hands on someone like Hopkins would be dangerous for the NFL as a whole but the Bolts definitely do not want KC to get him.

They already boast one of the most deadliest offenses in the league and any more passing options for Patrick Mahomes is what we do not want. Let's hope these reports hold up strong and they are indeed out of the race.
