He's supposed to be pretty good, last year's output notwithstanding.

Current Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who recently interviewed for LA's head coaching gig (although he doesn't seem likely to get the job), was recently blocked by the Bolts from interviewing for the same job with the Chicago Bears.

Given that news, Michael Gallagher of Yardbarker posits that Los Angeles will opt to hold on to Moore heading into the 2024 NFL season.

This seems like a strange move from the Bolts, given that the team's new head coach may very well bring in his own staff.

It's unclear if LA will be able to close on an agreement with clear preferred choice Jim Harbaugh, currently the reigning College Football Playoff champion with the University of Michigan Wolverines.

Assuming that the Chargers are indeed able to extract Harbaugh from Michigan, the rumor is that he will indeed bring several of his assistant coaches along with him to Los Angeles.

Per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston, Harbaugh might bring over offensive coordinator Greg Roman (unless he wants to make Moore a co-offensive coordinator, one imagines he will be gone), defensive coordinator Jesse Minter and Harbaugh's son Jay, the special teams coordinator for Michigan.
