Colts, Texans Injury Report: 2 Starters Out, 2 Questionable

The Indianapolis Colts have ruled two starters out for Sunday's season finale against the Houston Texans while two other players are questionable.

The Indianapolis Colts logged their final practice of the season on Friday as they prepare for their finale on Sunday against the Houston Texans.

They have three players who didn't practice at all this week in quarterback Nick Foles, cornerback Stephon Gilmore, and tight end Kylen Granson; Gilmore being the only one not yet ruled out already. Cornerback Brandon Facyson has progressed in the NFL's concussion protocol after exiting last week's game and is now questionable for this weekend.

Overall, here's how both teams are looking ahead of Sunday's matchup.

The team was without its top four usual cornerbacks as the week of practice began on Wednesday. Gilmore and Facyson sat out while Kenny Moore II and Isaiah Rodgers Sr. went on Injured Reserve each of the last two weeks. Facyson was able to upgrade his practice routine.

Colts interim head coach Jeff Saturday was asked on Friday about Gilmore's chance of playing, saying, “Got a chance. We’re going to wait and see, kind of approach with him, so hopefully he continues to get better and can make a run Sunday.”

With Foles out, it'll be Sam Ehlinger starting at quarterback with Matt Ryan serving as the backup. At tight end, with Granson still out as he has been the last couple of weeks, it'll continue to be Jelani Woods lining up alongside Mo Alie-Cox.

Dulin was able to return to practice in a full capacity for all three days, leading to him clearing the concussion protocol. He got injured two weeks ago and sat out last week's game.
