Commanders Schedule Revealed: Key Dates, Opponents, More

The NFL schedule has been revealed. Here's when the Washington Commanders will play and who they will face.

The Washington Commanders are inching closer to the 2023 NFL season, which kicks off in 17 short weeks on Thurs., Sept. 8.

While we have already seen some games on the Commanders' schedule leaked, including their Thanksgiving Day affair with the Dallas Cowboys, we now know all 17 games on the schedule and when Washington will play each team.

Here's a look at their schedule (all times EST) ...

Week 1 vs. Arizona Cardinals, Sun. Sept 10, 1 p.m.

Week 2 @ Denver Broncos, Sun. Sept. 17, 4:25 p.m.

Week 3 vs. Buffalo Bills, Sun. Sept. 24, 1 p.m.

Week 4 @ Philadelphia Eagles, Sun. Oct. 1, 1 p.m.

Week 5 vs. Chicago Bears, Thu. Oct. 5, 8:15 p.m.

For the second straight season, the Bears will play the Commanders on Thursday Night Football, this time in the nation's capital.

Week 6 @ Atlanta Falcons, Sun. Oct. 15, 1 p.m.

Week 7 vs. New York Giants, Sun. Oct. 22, 1 p.m.

Week 8 vs. Philadelphia Eagles, Sun. Oct. 29, 1 p.m.

Week 9 @ New England Patriots, Sun. Nov. 5, 1 p.m.

Week 10 @ Seattle Seahawks, Sun. Nov. 12, 4:25 p.m.

Week 11 @ New York Giants, Sun. Nov. 19, 1 p.m.

Week 12 @ Dallas Cowboys, Thu. Nov. 23, 4:30 p.m. (Thanksgiving Day)

The Commanders are back on Turkey Day for the first time since 2020 against the Cowboys. They'll be seeking their third win all-time against America's Team on Thanksgiving.

Week 13 vs. Miami Dolphins, Sun. Dec. 3, 1 p.m.

Week 14 - BYE

Week 15 @ Los Angeles Rams, Sun. Dec. 17, 4:05 p.m.

Week 16 @ New York Jets, Sun. Dec. 24, 1 p.m.

The Commanders visit Aaron Rodgers and the Jets on Christmas Eve.

Week 17 vs. San Francisco 49ers, Sun. Dec. 31, 1 p.m.

Week 18 vs. Dallas Cowboys, TBD

For the second straight season, the Commanders will close out the season at home against the Cowboys.
