Samuel finished his third season with the Commanders coming in second in targets and just nine shy of 100.

He also finished second in receptions (62) and receiving yards (613), and was one of five Washington players to secure four touchdown catches.

Given his top 10 ranking, Samuel is one of the top options the Bills could have acquired to complement Stefon Diggs and the offense.
