Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs Trade Push for Bills Brother Stefon: April Fools?

Everybody likes a good April Fools prank, including Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs and Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Could the rumors of a disgruntled Stefon Diggs that took social media by storm in the immediate aftermath of the Buffalo Bills' AFC Divisional round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals - as the star wide receiver let his frustrations be known on the sideline before storming off the field and out of the locker room - be true?

Both Diggs brothers posted cryptic tweets late Saturday night regarding the future of the Buffalo Bills wideout.

"Comeeeeee anddddd rescue me," Stefon wrote.

This prompted Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs to make a tweet of his own hinting at the idea of both fellas playing in the same NFL division.

"We could play each other twice a year," Trevon said.

Trevon would then take it a step farther by liking a tweet about the New York Giants trading his older brother, landing an elite receiver they desperately needed last season.

The pair were getting in on the fun of April Fools Day, trying to blur the lines between comedy and reality. ... we assume. But it is worth noting that the Cowboys cornerback has been public in the past in his attempts to recruit his older brother to join him in Dallas.

But despite painting an upset picture following the Bills' loss to the Bengals, Stefon is unlikely to be going anywhere. He just saw his contract restructured to help the Bills create more cap space for free agency and hasn't even given any other hints of unhappiness in Buffalo, where entering this offseason the Bills would eat $35 million in dead money in sending him away.

All in all, Stefon playing in Dallas with Trevon sounds fun. Stefon playing for the Giants against the Cowboys? Not so much.
