Saubert might be the most recognizable name here as he’s put up some modest numbers after he was drafted in the fifth round of the 2017 draft to the Atlanta Falcons. He ended up playing there for two years before bouncing between the Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Denver Broncos.

In 2022, he played in all 17 games and caught  15 passes for 148 yards and a touchdown. The Dolphins signed Saubert this summer but waived him due to injury.

Taylor in his two-year career has played in 21 games, starting seven of them. He was last with the Arizona Cardinals.

Pankey signed as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia in 2017, joining the Green Bay Packers for a short time before landing on the New York Jets practice squad since 2022.

Wide receiver Jenkins is an undrafted prospect who played for South Carolina and Georgia Tech.

The 4-2 Cowboys have NFL Week 7 before taking the field again next week against the visiting Rams.
