Dez Bryant: 'I Won $6.7 Million on Playoff Bet, Says Cowboys Ex; Here's How
FRISCO - "Me and my bro breaking down 6.7 million!''
And with those eight simple words - and a seven-leg parlay - former Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant just capitalized, he says, and made a fortune on weekend NFL football playoff betting.
The entire seven-leg parlay: Lamar Jackson scoring a touchdown for the Ravens, the Chiefs beating the Bills, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce scoring a touchdown, Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs scoring a touchdown, Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans scoring a touchdown and San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and tight end George Kittle scoring touchdowns.
Bryant, who starred for the Cowboys from 2010-2017, is an outspoken and sometimes outrageous presence on Twitter, always wearing his "America's Team'' passion on his social-media sleeve.
Some of those bets look sort of obvious in retrospect. But to put enough money down to end up collecting almost $7 million? That ain't easy.

The Chiefs' win over the Bills on Sunday at Highmark Stadium puts them in the AFC title game at Baltimore, which topped the Texans. Meanwhile, the 49ers advanced with a win over Green Bay and Detroit did the same over the Bucs, sending the Lions to San Francisco for the NFC title game.
Two Super Bowl berths are hanging in the balance. And so does Dez Bryant's next big bet.
