Dak Prescott is about to be a daddy, and he and girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos recently announced that they are expectant parents of a baby girl.

But Micah Parsons says the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, who has vaulted into the NFL MVP conversation as we head into Week 15 and who will likely soon reap the financial benefits of his performance, should adopt another kid.

"I know Dak's going to take care of me for the rest of my life because I am supporting him,” Parsons said, alluding to his work on the other side of the ball that has him atop the NFL Defensive Player of the Year rankings. “Thank you Dak. ...

"I am going to let you adopt me since you are having a daughter in March - congratulations on that, too.”

Prescott, the two-time Pro Bowl QB, presently leads the NFL in touchdown passes with 28 as he and Parsons are set to lead 10-3 Dallas into a national-TV showdown on Sunday at the 7-6 Buffalo Bills. And yes, a payday is coming for him, as by March he is due what figures to be a new contract extension likely worth in excess of $50 million per year.

"The year he is putting together,'' Parsons said on his podcast The Edge, "we're going to be looking at one of the richest men in America.''
