Micah Parsons Denies Ravens Trade Rumor, Vows 'Cowboys Super Bowl!' in ‘Titantic’ Twitter Exchange
Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons has not been shy on Twitter over the past few weeks.
The All-Pro defender recently got into it with Miami Dolphins star wideout Tyreek Hill, stating he will be "The Grinch Who'll Steal Christmas from the Miami Dolphins.," with the two teams scheduled to faceoff on Christmas Eve.
"Yeah! Keep up with them Twitter fingers only person will pay is Tua!!! I’ll see you Christmas Eve!! There only going to be one grinch who stole Christmas," Parsons tweeted.
And in an exchange with Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey, Parsons once again didn't hold back, while also denying any trade rumors.
“Ravens will sink just like the titanic!!” Parsons wrote. “This ish is real Marlo!!! Cowboys (Super Bowl) catch me in Vegas!!”
But what led to Humphrey's comments suggesting a Parsons to Baltimore trade?
On Friday, the Ravens cornerback tweeted that he, “Was today years old when I found out the Titanic was real. That’s wild lowkey.”
This prompted a typical witty and playful Parsons response, saying, “I don’t expect anything less from Marlo.”
Parson's response led to Humphrey's taking it a step farther, suggesting Parsons wants out of Dallas.
Entering his third season, Parsons has dominated in the early stages of his career, being named to two Pro Bowls, two first-team All Pro nods and receiving the 2021 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
And as he bulks up a bit for when he occasionally transitions up to defensive end, the star is happy in Dallas. … just watching out for those icebergs.
