Philadelphia Eagles star quarterback Jalen Hurts spoke about what it means to win as a team after the team's convincing 25-11 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium on Monday night.

“No man is an island," Hurts said. "We draw strength from others. We had each other’s backs. We just find a way to win. But we’ve got three wins and we’re going to continue to build off of that as a team and hold each other accountable.”

While battling flu-like symptoms, Hurts completed 23 of 37 passes for 277 yards and a touchdown and ran for a score as well. Philadelphia moved to 3-0 this season, one of just three undefeated teams left in the NFL along with the San Francisco 49ers and the Miami Dolphins. Last season, they were the final undefeated team in the league, starting 8-0 and not losing a game until November.

The victory in Tampa means that Hurts is now 20-1 in his last 21 regular season starts for the Eagles, a run that the franchise has never seen from a starting quarterback in the Super Bowl era.

Philadelphia's win was a team effort like Hurts said, with every facet of the team contributing. D'Andre Swift continued to eat behind the Eagles' offensive line, rushing for 130 yards and averaging 8.1 yards per carry. A.J. Brown also had a big day, catching nine passes for 131 yards, both of which were season highs.

The defense dominated the Buccaneers with safety Reed Blankenship grabbing an interception, rookie defensive tackle Jalen Carter forcing a fumble and linebacker Nicholas Morrow getting a tackle for loss in the end zone for a safety.

The Eagles will try to stay undefeated when they host the Washington Commanders on Sunday at 1 p.m. The Commanders were the only team that Hurts lost to as the starting quarterback during the regular season last year, beating Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 10.
