Sports Media Watch recently released its list of the most-watched sporting events during the calendar year of 2023. The 56 highest-rated events in the United States were NFL games, a resounding reminder of the grip that football has on America.

The Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs might garner the largest ratings of any teams currently, but the Eagles aren't far behind as they were involved in 12 of the 50 most-watched sporting events in 2023. Below is a look at where each matchup ranked in the top 50, along with the ratings generated by each tilt.

For what it's worth, the Eagles went 8-4 in the 12 games on this list. Of course, they lost the most notable one, a 38-35 Super Bowl LVII loss to quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, the highest-rated sporting event in 2023.
