The Philadelphia Eagles are down 10-0 to the New York Giants but that's not even remotely the worst thing that has transpired for the franchise in the last hour.

After A.J. Brown left the game with an apparent knee injury, franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts appeared to dislocate his finger early in the second quarter against Big Blue.

Hurts was seen in the medical tent and came out for the next series in which the Birds turned the ball over on downs. He had his hand tapped and has thrown multiple passes since then.

Philadelphia's franchise quarterback is currently 7 of 14 passing for just 55 yards. He has been sacked once while the offense has struggled to find any answers for their turnover and inefficiencies against the Giants blitz.

Eagles vs. Giants Week 18: Live Updates, Highlights

Philadelphia currently trails New York 17-0 near the end of the second quarter. If the Eagles were to come back and beat the Giants, while the Washington Commanders upset the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia would win the division for the second straight season.

If the Eagles fall to the Giants, the Cowboys would win the East.
