In the course of a calendar month, the Eagles have gone from arguably the best team in the league with a quarterback who led the MVP talk to a slumping team with a three-game losing streak and a quarterback struggling to find his game.
Losses to San Francisco, Dallas and Seattle combined with surprisingly inconsistent play by signal caller Jalen Hurts have caused Philly to nosedive in the standings. Head coach Nick Sirianni demoted the team's defensive coordinator and is looking for accountability.

“We’re in a little bit of a skid right now that I’m very confident that we’ll be able to get out of because of the people that we have in this building and the accountability not only that I hold the standard to for the team and myself, but also what they hold the standard to,” Sirianni said on Wednesday.
Sirianni and Co. will have an opportunity to right the ship against a Giants team that needs a win and a ton of help to make the playoffs.
The Eagles lost to the Seahawks on Monday night after Hurts threw two late interceptions that hurt his team in the 20-17 loss. The Philly offense could fare better against a New York team that is statistically one of the worst in the NFL. The Giants rank No. 31 in total offense and No. 24 in total defense. Quarterback Tommy DeVito has been one of the season's feel-good stories after leading New York on a three-game winning streak, but the Saints ended that last week.
The Eagles beat the Giants three times last season including in the divisional round of the playoffs en route to a Super Bowl appearance.
