Glasgow inked a three-year, $20 million contract in the hours leading up to the beginning of the NFL's legal tampering period on Monday. He remains a big part of the offensive line, providing versatility.
In 2023, his first season back with the Lions since departing, he started games at both guard positions as well as at center in the absence of Frank Ragnow.
The Lions did lose a big part of their offensive line, however, as Jonah Jackson agreed to a three-year, $51 million deal with the Los Angeles Rams on Monday.
Glasgow entered the league as a third-round pick fo the Lions' in 2016. He played four seasons with the organization before departing and signing with the Denver Broncos in 2020.
He spent three years with the Broncos before coming back to Detroit on a one-year deal. In his second go-around with the organization, he provided plenty of stability as the unit dealt with numerous injuries.
Though Glasgow didn't win a starting job out of training camp, he was inserted into the lineup and didn't relinquish his spot after Halapoulivaati Vaitai suffered an injury in Week 2.
