The Las Vegas Raiders made 11 roster changes on Sunday, the day after their final 2023 preseason game.

The club announced it has waived the following seven players:

Isaac Darkangelo, linebacker

Isiah "Ike" Brown, cornerback

Doug Costin, defensive tackle

Bryce Cosby, cornerback

Chase Garbers, quarterback

Vitaliy Gurman, guard

Darwin Thompson, running back

Darkangelo and Costin each had been signed to the roster on Wednesday.

Brown was signed to a reserved/future contract back in January. He was then released on July 25 before being re-added exactly one month ago.

Cosby was waived by the Raiders as part of last year's roster cuts before he was re-signed to the practice squad the following day.

Garbers has been with the Silver and Black since the final two games of last season, when he was brought in to back up former Raiders quarterback Jarrett Stidham.

In Las Vegas' first preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers and in Saturday's contest with the Dallas Cowboys, Garbers totaled only 57 passing yards.

The Raiders also announced wide receiver Chris Lacy has been waived/injured. He was signed to a reserved/future contract in January.

Las Vegas also revealed the following three players have been placed on its reserve/injured list:

Brittain Brown, running back

Jacob Hollister, tight end

Isaiah Zuber, wide receiver

Brown was drafted by Las Vegas in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Hollister, a former Super Bowl champion, played in three games for the Silver and Black last season.

The Silver and Black open the regular season at the Denver Broncos on Sunday, September 10, at 4:25 p.m. EDT/1:25 p.m. PDT.
