Rams Owner Stan Kroenke Continues Success With Nuggets' NBA Finals Appearance

The Denver Nuggets' NBA Finals appearance continued a recent string of success for Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke
In this story:

On Monday night, the Denver Nuggets completed a sweep of the Los Angeles Lakers to make their first NBA Finals appearance in franchise history. Aside from making history of their own, the Nuggets added to owner Stan Kroenke's recent string of success.

Kroenke owns several professional sports teams, but NFL fans best know him as the owner of the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams were the team to kick off Kroenke's winning streak, winning Super Bowl LVI over the Cincinnati Bengals in February of 2022. Kroenke went through many hurdles to bring the Rams back to the City of Angels, and the championship was the culmination of it all.

It didn't take long after that for Kroenke to win another championship. In June, his Colorado Avalanche defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stanley Cup Final, winning their first championship since 2001. The Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League also brought Kroenke some hardware the same month, winning their first league title since 2006.

Kroenke has also had success across the pond as well. He owns Arsenal FC, which hasn't won the Premier League title since 2004 but is usually in contention for it.

And now, the Nuggets will be playing to bring Kroenke yet another championship. They will face the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat, with the latter currently holding a 3-1 series lead. With two-time MVP Nikola Jokić leading the way, the Nuggets will be a formidable foe regardless of their opponent.

While they look to be retooling right now, the Rams would love to bring Kroenke even more success in the future.
