Jalen Ramsey was introduced officially as a member of the Miami Dolphins Friday and spoke about his time with the Los Angeles Rams during his introductory press conference.

“Being around Hall of Fame players. Aaron Donald, Von Miller, Cooper Kupp, Matthew Stafford. The list can go on,” Ramsey said. “I don’t want to leave nobody out, but all those guys. Learning a lot of valuable things from them, learning how our team dynamic was, learning how everyone had their own passion, everybody had their love, but we were all doing it as one."

Despite being very public about his looming exit and taking to social media to discuss it on numerous occasions, Ramsey did not show any resentment after the trade.

Instead, Ramsey lauded the chemistry, love and respect within the Rams organization.

"Everyone was unified, we always had each other’s back," Ramsey continued. "It was really like a family. It was good times, it was bad times, it was fights, it was love. It was all that.”

Ramsey also touched on his transition from head coach Sean McVay to Mike McDaniel, who apparently has been jokingly making verbal jabs toward his former coach.

“He keeps telling me that he’s gonna be the best head coach I’ve ever had,” Ramsey said. “He’s nudging Sean on that a little bit because Sean was great in L.A. It’s gonna be tough because Sean’s the man, but I believe him, though. And I’m gonna hold him to that.”

Ramsey can look back upon his time with the Rams fondly, which was highlighted by a Super Bowl. But will now move on to trying to win his second championship ring in Miami.
