Raheem Morris Sends Heartfelt Message To Rams Amid Departure for Falcons
With how good of a job Raheem Morris did for the Los Angeles Rams, it was only a matter of time before he was offered a head coaching job.
Morris had been with the team for three years, and in the midst of leaving for the Atlanta Falcons head coaching job, he had some encouraging words for his now former team.
"I am overjoyed for the opportunity for my family and I to return to Atlanta as the Falcons head coach," Morris said. "I can’t thank the Rams organization enough for the experience and opportunity with the team. From the Kroenke family, Kevin Demoff, Les Snead, Sean McVay and the entire staff, the Rams are a first-class organization all around. We loved our time in L.A., loved the fans and know the Rams continue to have a very bright future."
Rams Defensive Coordinator Hot Board: Could A Familiar Face Return to L.A.?

But no matter who they hire, the Rams will have Morris to thank for the foundation that has been built on the defensive side - and will continue to be built upon for years to come.
