Rams Re-Sign Receiver DeMarcus Robinson to 1-Year Deal
The Los Angeles Rams are set to be big players in free agency this offseason, with approximately $46 million in space at their disposal after the recent cap raise by the NFL.
And they are already getting underway with their roster moves, re-signing veteran wide receiver DeMarcus Robinson to a one-year $5 million deal, according to multiple reports.
Robinson originally came to the Rams on a one-year deal last June after stints with the Ravens, and Raiders, and a long tenure with the Chiefs.
After becoming a major part of the offensive attack in the second half of the season, a loss of Robinson in particular could have been very impactful for the Rams this offseason.
However, with Robinson now on his way back to L.A. for 2024, the Rams should once again boast one of the deepest wide receiver corps in the NFL.
In his one season with L.A. including the playoff loss to Detroit last month, Robinson played in 17 games, starting four, and made 29 catches on 42 targets for 415 yards and four scores.

And while those numbers don't necessarily scream 'difference maker', it is important to note that Robinson did not record a catch until November 5 vs. the Packers, and did not truly become a staple in the offense until December 3 vs. Cleveland.
In fact, in the six games he played from the Browns matchup until the playoff loss, Robinson recorded 24 catches for 363 yards and four touchdowns.
Now, in conjunction with Cooper Kupp, and a young star in Puka Nacua, the Rams are in great shape on the outside for next season.
