Does Ex Titans OT Taylor Lewan Want To Sign With Rams?

Former Tennessee Titan's offensive tackle Taylor Lewan is interested in coming to LA, should the Rams reciprocate?

Despite a dreadful Super Bowl defense in 2022, it seems the Los Angeles Rams could be a free-agent hot spot this off season.

We have already discussed the possibility of ex-Tennessee Titans wide receiver and former Ram Robert making his way back to LA.

But could another recently released Titans standout be interested in joining the Rams as well?

It appears as though that is indeed the case, with former Titans standout offensive tackle Taylor Lewan stating his interest in the Rams during a recent episode of his Bussin With the Boys Podcast

“I think the L.A. Rams are a team I’d be interested in,” Lewan said on his podcast. “I think LA would be cool because (Neal) ElAttrache is their doctor. … I think Sean McVay is a (expletive) stud. And I think it’d be a lot of fun there, too.”

However, putting aside the financials, there is a considerable issue here for LA - Lewan's health.

The Rams are coming off of an offseason where their offensive line was in shambles due to a slew of injuries across the board.

And after playing just 20 games in the last three seasons, signing an oft-injured tackle might not be the best course of action for a team hoping to find some consistency in the healthy department up front.

Either way, Lewan is talented, so healthy permitting, it should at least be an option to be discussed in the Rams' front office.
