Baltimore takes on the AFC rival Chargers in prime time this week, which frees up Ravens fans to watch bonus football on Sunday. The Ravens sit at 8-3 entering this week, tied with the Miami Dolphins for the best record in the AFC and second-best mark in the NFL.

The Dolphins and Ravens will meet at M&T Bank Stadium on Dec. 31 in what could decide the top seed in the AFC, depending on how things play out in the next month of games.

But in Week 12, it's clear who Ravens fans should be rooting for, and losses by certain teams will help Baltimore's cause down the road. Per the team's website, there are four games to pay close attention to, with a clear rooting interest for Ravens fans.

Steelers at Bengals

Sunday at 1 p.m. ET the 6-4 Steelers take on the 5-5 Bengals in an AFC North matchup that all Baltimore fans should make note of. Pittsburgh just fired offensive coordinator Matt Canada. That's the first time the Steelers have made a mid-season coach or coordinator change since 1941. Time will tell if the move is enough to help the offense catch fire, something it needs to do for Pittsburgh to remain in the playoff picture.

The Bengals have lost two straight and find themselves in last place in the North, and without starting quarterback Joe Burrow for the remainder of the season with a wrist injury suffered last week against the Ravens. At the end of the day, the Steelers still pose a bigger hurdle in the division than the Bengals do, so ... GO BENGALS!

Jaguars at Texans

Also kicking off Sunday at 1 p.m. ET are the 7-3 Jaguars against the 6-4 resurgent Texans. It's an AFC South matchup featuring two of the top quarterbacks in the league in Trevor Lawrence and C.J. Stroud. The two will go toe-to-toe with the winner gaining a distinct advantage for a division win. Baltimore has already defeated the Texans in Week 1 and will face Jacksonville in Week 15. Since the Jaguars are closer to the Ravens in the playoff hunt ... GO TEXANS!

Browns at Broncos

In the late-game widow, kicking off at 4:05 p.m. ET, are the 7-3 Browns at the 5-5 Broncos. Both are on winning streaks, with Denver having won four straight while Cleveland has won its last three. The Browns are hot on the heels of the Ravens for the North lead, and Russell Wilson seems to have found his game again under new Broncos head coach Sean Payton. The Browns still have the league's No. 1 defense, but the Browns have already proven they can win without the services of Deshaun Watson. GO BRONCOS!

Chiefs at Raiders

Kicking off at 4:25 p.m. ET, the 7-3 Chiefs are reeling after their Monday Night Football loss to the Eagles and had a short week to prepare for the 5-6 Raiders. But this isn't Josh McDaniels' Las Vegas team, as they're 2- 1 under interim coach Antonio Pierce, and are playing with a renewed vigor. The Ravens need to stay in front of Kansas City in the standings, so a Raiders win would help that cause. GO RAIDERS!
