Ravens' M&T Bank Stadium Best In NFL?

For Baltimore Ravens fans, there is no larger excitement on game  than the experience taken away from attending a home game.

M&T Bank Stadium was chosen as one of the top stadiums in the NFL ahead of the 2023 season in terms of game-day experience. 

"With a large venue, boisterous fans, and the fact that there's not a bad vantage point in the joint, you're sure to have a good time," USA Today writes. "M&T Bank Stadium is also easily accessible via multiple modes of public transportation."

In the rankings of best fan experience on game-day, M&T Bank Stadium came in at third, just behind the Kansas City Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium and the Seattle Seahawks' Lumen Field.

M&T Bank Stadium first opened on Sept. 6, 1998, but it was originally called Ravens Stadium at Camden Yards. That day, the Pittsburgh Steelers beat Baltimore in the inaugural game at the stadium by a score of 20-13. 

The stadium has hosted a multitude of events from the CONCACAF Gold Cup, to the Army-Navy college football game, and even a Beyonce and Jay-Z concert. It has a maximum capacity of 70,745 and features a natural grass playing surface.

The 2023 NFL season will be the 25th year that the Ravens have played at M&T Bank Stadium. They hold a 141-60-0 record in games in the regular season, and a 3-4 record during the playoffs. 

This season, Baltimore will be playing nine games at home, starting with Week 1 against the Houston Texans on Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. ET.
