Ravens vs. Dolphins 'Blowout!' Predicted by Keyshawn - But Why?
The last time a TV media big shot predicted the Baltimore Ravens being involved in a "blowout'' was just a week ago ... and PFT's Mike Florio ended up embarrassing himself for getting the results of the Ravens' lopsided win at San Francisco all backwards.
The last time a TV media big shot predicted the Miami Dolphins being involved in a "blowout'' was just a week ago ... and FS1's Colin Cowherd ended up embarrassing himself for getting the results of the Dolphins' clutch win over the Dallas Cowboys all backwards.
Which TV big shot would like to embarrass himself this week?
"Personally, when I look at this game, the Ravens want home-field advantage because they know it's so important to get to the Super Bowl. Two wins and we in Vegas (cite of the Super Bowl). In order to do that, they gotta win the game. I believe the score will be 42-17," Keyshawn Johnson said on FS1's "Undisputed.''
That'd be great for the Ravens. But why does Keyshawn think this? Just because it'd be great? Is he not aware that while 12-3 Ravens are very much on the verge of something special ... that the Miami Dolphins are 11-4 and that if they win, they too "want home-field advantage'' and "two wins'' and "gotta win this game'' to help them be "in Vegas''?

Furthermore ... as Johnson thinks the Ravens are going to blow the Dolphins out and lock up the top seed in the AFC heading into Week 18. ... just like Florio and Cowherd expressed similar thoughts going into Week 17 ...
Baltimore is favored by 3.5 points. ... just as last week, the Ravens were only slight underdogs and the Dolphins were only slight favorites.
We wonder if these guys, as they are "breaking down the game'' (if that is indeed what they're taking the time to do) are simply leaning on the word "blowout'' because it's infinitely more attention-getting than honestly saying, "Man, we don't know ... It's probably going to be close.''
Kickoff for Sunday's Dolphins-Ravens game will be at 1 p.m. ET ... and if we were urged to bet a great deal of money on the outcome, you know what we'd predict?
"Man,'' we'd say. "We don't know ... It's probably going to be close.''
