'Get This Ring!' Baltimore Ravens WR Odell Beckham Jr. On Playoff Push
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. spoke to the team inside the locker room and reminded them what goal they are playing for this season.
"Let's get ready for this little stretch on the back season man," Beckham Jr. said. "Get this ring, I promise you, I know it's a good feeling to have. I'm just going to remind you."
Beckham Jr. joined the Ravens on a one-year, $15 million contract that he signed in April during the offseason. He had a slow and frustrating start to the season but things have picked up for the veteran wide receiver as of late. Most recently, he collected his first 100-yard game of the season in a 34-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
This season, he has caught a total of 24 passes on 42 targets for 374 yards and two touchdowns. A lot of his production has come in his last three games where he has picked up 10 catches for 212 yards and two touchdowns.
The 31-year old wide receiver has experience winning a ring, as he was a part of the Los Angeles Rams team that won Super Bowl LVI in the 2021 NFL season. In the Super Bowl, he caught two passes for 52 yards and a touchdown but also suffered a torn ACL that forced him to miss the rest of the game and all of the 2022 NFL season.
Now, Beckham Jr. has been tasked with helping Baltimore and star quarterback Lamar Jackson win a Super Bowl.
