Inside Look At Baltimore Ravens Justin Tucker's Speech After London Win
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker gave an exuberant post game locker room speech after getting awarded the game ball by head coach John Harbaugh.
"I couldn't be happier, more proud to be a part of a team where, every once in a while, I get to be the punctuation, I get to be an exclamation point," Tucker said. "You guys are the paragraph, you guys are the story. Tyler, Jordan and I, the field goal unit, we're just here to do our jobs, help us win football games. I appreciate you guys just getting us down the field, giving us the opportunity. Hell of a win."
Tucker went six for six on field goals in the Ravens' 24-16 win over the Tennessee Titans. The game was played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London as a part of the NFL's international series.
The future Hall of Famer was responsible for 18 of Baltimore's 24 points in the game, and it would have been 19 of 25 had he not gotten his lone extra point attempt blocked.
He is 11-13 on field goals this year and 12-13 on extra points, with his longest field goal through six games being a 50 yarder. Tucker is considered to be one of the greatest kickers of all time and has the resumé to back it up.
For his career, he is 374 for 414 on field goals with his longest being an NFL-record 66 yarder to win a game against the Detroit Lions in 2021. He is also 425 of 431 on extra points across 12 NFL seasons.
Next up for Tucker and the Ravens is a bout at home with the Lions on Oct. 22 at 1 p.m.
