Is Baltimore Ravens Star Lamar Jackson Superstitious?

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson doesn't want to hear about streaks or records before games.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is 17-1 against NFC teams in his career, but he doesn't want to hear about it before his game against the Seattle Seahawks

"I'm playing football, it's not about NFC or AFC, I'm trying to win regardless," Jackson said. "I don't even want to put that in my head or let you finish that question. We good. I'm gonna go in there prepared just like any other team, AFC team as well, hopefully, the score keeps going up. 17-1? Hope it's 18-1 after this one, I'll say that."

Jackson has the highest winning percentage against the opposing conference by a quarterback since the NFL-AFL merger. His lone loss to an NFC team came to the New York Giants last season when the Ravens lost 24-20. In that game, Jackson completed 53.1% of his passes for 210 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Lamar Jackson has only lost one game to an NFC team since becoming the Baltimore Ravens' starting quarterback.

Lamar Jackson has only lost one game to an NFC team since becoming the Baltimore Ravens' starting quarterback.

The MVP quarterback has played to his peak against NFC teams, throwing and running for 37 touchdowns and just seven interceptions in 18 games. Despite all of this, Jackson doesn't want to hear about his dominance against the opposing conference before the game and is just focused on moving from 6-2 to 7-2.

This season, Jackson has been on a tear, completing 70.5% of his passes for 1,767 yards and nine touchdowns while rushing for 380 yards and five touchdowns.

Baltimore and Seattle will be playing on Nov. 5 at 1 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium, where Jackson is 8-0 against NFC teams since the game against the Giants was played in New York.
