Sherman claimed to authorities who asked him about his alcohol intake that he'd had only two margaritas, at which time he agreed to a voluntary test.

Police claim that Sherman’s eyes were bloodshot and watery and that there was an “odor of intoxicants.” ... and Sherman was then arrested and booked at the King County Correctional Facility.

As he was booked on Saturday and is expected to have a court hearing Monday to address the conditions of his release, Sherman (who has had legal entanglements before) apparently remains in police custody. ... with CNN noting that at this time no bail amount for Sherman has been set.

Sherman has followed up his fine career, featuring a Super Bowl win and All-Pro honors three times, with a nationally-prominent career in broadcast TV both on Amazon and FS1.
