Seattle Seahawks WR DK Metcalf Reveals 'Chaotic' Challenges Cincinnati Bengals Pose

DK Metcalf and the Seattle Seahawks are ready to conquer the challenges the Cincinnati Bengals have in store for them.
In this story:

The Seattle Seahawks (3-1), fresh off their bye, are traveling to the east coast this weekend to take on the Cincinnati Bengals (2-3) at Paycor Stadium.

The Seahawks look to extend their winning streak to four games, but the Bengals pose a unique challenge.

“They have a lot of formations and fronts that they try to throw at you, a lot of different blitzes that they try to throw at you," receiver DK Metcalf said. "I think its kind of chaotic the way they run they’re defense but it’s something that works for them and it’s something that’s been working. We just got to make sure we’re hitting on all cylinders with our checks and with pointing out our assignments and everything.”

The Bengals' record probably doesn't represent how good of a team they actually are. Cincinnati is coming off two consecutive AFC Championship Game appearances against the Kansas City Chiefs, in which the team went 1-1 and could have very well won both.

Bengals Pro Bowl quarterback Joe Burrow has been recovering and playing through a strained calf injury, which led to their 1-3 start. However, the Bengals looked like their old selves last week in a 34-20 win against the Arizona Cardinals on the road. The Bengals defense also got some of its mojo back, scoring off a pick-six last week.

If the Bengals find some of that momentum they built in the desert, the Seahawks are in for a tough test come Sunday.

The Seahawks and Bengals are set to kick off at 10 a.m. on Sunday. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
