Seattle Seahawks Injury Report: Tyler Lockett, Jamal Adams Questionable vs. Browns
Omitted from the final injury report on Friday, the Seattle Seahawks will have running back Ken Walker III, receiver DK Metcalf, and linebacker Bobby Wagner in action against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. However, they still could be without a pair of notable stars at Lumen Field.
Dealing with a hamstring injury that has bothered him for a couple of weeks, receiver Tyler Lockett didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday and received a questionable designation. Meanwhile, after being limited on Thursday, safety Jamal Adams also surprisingly received a questionable designation with a knee issue that could be related to his prior torn quad tendon.
Per coach Pete Carroll, despite being listed as questionable, Lockett and Adams are expected to play against Cleveland.
If Lockett somehow isn't able to go, the Seahawks could make a roster move to activate Dee Eskridge, whose six-game suspension ended last week and returned to practice on Monday. Veteran Cody Thompson also remains on the 53-man roster and could see an uptick in snaps behind Metcalf, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Jake Bobo.

As for the safety position, Seattle may not need to make any moves if Adams isn't available. Veteran Julian Love started the first three games in his absence and would jump back into the lineup alongside Quandre Diggs, while sixth-round pick Jerrick Reed has played a handful of defensive snaps and would serve as a backup at free and strong safety spots.
On the plus side, despite missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday with ankle injuries coming out of a 20-10 win over the Cardinals last weekend, Walker and Wagner both will start for the Seahawks against the Browns. Metcalf, who participated in full in practice this week, will also be back in action after missing the first game of his career last Sunday due to a hip injury.
In additional injury news, the Seahawks won't have running back Kenny McIntosh or defensive tackle Austin Faoliu in uniform yet despite both players returning to practice this week from injured reserve and the PUP list respectively. The team has a 21-day window to add both players to the 53-man roster or they will revert to season-ending injured reserve.
Meanwhile, guard Phil Haynes, who has been dealing with a calf injury and missed two games over the past month, received a doubtful designation and likely will sit out for a second straight week. According to Carroll, the veteran lineman needed extra time to rest to help the injury heal and could be ready to play next week.
With Haynes all but ruled out, rookie Anthony Bradford will receive his third start of the season at right guard across from Damien Lewis, who wasn't on the final injury report despite being limited with an ankle injury on Thursday.
