Eight Players Who Impressed at Senior Bowl: Day 3

In this story:
MOBILE -- Practices at the 2023 Senior Bowl have ended after an intense day of competition at Hancock Whitney Stadium. The players got their feet wet, then digested some film and feedback and have started to become more familiar with the playbook. With those growing pains out of the way, players were at their peak and many ended the week on a high note in front of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and heading into the Senior Bowl game.
Jakorian Bennett, Safety, Maryland
The competition among receivers and defensive backs took a step up on day three. The intensity was high and Bennett thrived in that environment. He relished the opportunity to go one-on-one with the National Team receivers and never left receivers' hips. He was physical without committing penalties and after frustrating his competition, made sure to celebrate with his teammates.
Grant DuBose, Wide Receiver, Charlotte
DuBose did not enter as the Senior Bowl's biggest name but he will certainly leave as one of the most impressive players at his position. All week, he's been able to separate from even the best of competition and haul in unlikely receptions with a catch radius that is much larger than his 6'2 frame.
Olesegun Oluwatimi, Center, Michigan
Oluwatimi is slightly undersized at 6'2 and 308 pounds, but he doesn't play like it. After improving each day this week, he came out with his strongest effort in practice three and turned heads for his intelligence and ability to move bigger nose tackles. Oluwatimi was as sharp as can be and likely moved up a couple of draft boards after his strong showing at the Senior Bowl.
Adetomiwa Adebawore, Defensive Lineman, Northwestern
Adebawore's Senior Bowl week got off to a rough start in practice one. You'd need two hands to count how many times he jumped offsides but the imposing Northwestern product was a completely different player on days two and three. Not only was he cleaner but Adebawore made splash plays as well. He has turned into one of the better players on a loaded National Team defensive line
Payne Durham, Tight End, Purdue
Durham was a frequent target for the National Team quarterbacks this afternoon and for good reason. His hands were uber-reliable and he ran routes with the precision of a receiver, despite being a 6'5, 258-pound tight end. He saved his best for last, standing out as the best tight end on the field during his final practice in Mobile.
Cody Mauch, Offensive Lineman, North Dakota State
Mauch is a mauler and versatile. Ends, tackles and noses - he was able to block all of them. Even among a crowded group of offensive linemen, Mauch stood out as one of the best. He has good feet, strength and versatility that has been on full display all week as he moves from guard to tackle and tries to add center reps to his repertoire.
Michael Wilson, Wide Reciever, Stanford
Wilson's physique won't totally impress you but his route-running will. A couple of early drops got his day started on the wrong track but he was able to rebound with some excellent grabs in one-on-one and seven-on-seven drills. Wilson created separation easily and, if not for some drops, would have been the best receiver on the field.
Jarrett Patterson, Offensive Lineman, Notre Dame
Patterson's third practice was the culmination of an excellent week. He was a mauler in practice three and made light work of a deep and talented defensive line group. Patterson has good fundamentals that carried him all the way through Senior Bowl week without many - if any - hiccups.
