  • Derwin Gray

The offense has seen a ton of change this offseason, but it's not terribly difficult to tell who's going to stick around during the regular season. Xavier Grimble has secured the backup tight end spot, Mason Rudolph is the number two QB, and the offensive line remains as deep as it was last year.

Eli Rogers is the biggest cut of the offense. After dealing with injuries and losing more and more snaps as the years go on, Rogers role in this team is becoming less valuable than his spot on the team.

Pittsburgh may trade him before cutting him, but either way he won't be on the team this season.

  • Jordan Dangerfield

The defense looks bright for the first time in years. Pittsburgh football is back, and it's thanks to all the young players on the roster. From Terrell Edmunds to Devin Bush, the last two years have added a ton of talent to the starting 11.

Kameron Kelly will see plenty of playing time this season. After going from an AAF signing to an NFL stud, fans will be rooting for him every time he's on the field.

Ola Adeniyi will need to come back with something to prove if he hopes to win his spot back from Tuzar Skipper. After four preseason games, it was too much for the Steelers to cut him, and it'll be just as difficult to remove him from the active roster once Adeniyi returns from injury.

Kicker/Punter

  • Chris Boswell
  • Jordan Berry
  • Kameron Canaday (Longsnapper)

Chris Boswell won the battle but that's not a bad thing. He proved this is his team for at least another season. Matt Wright gave him a heck of a competition but if both kickers are spot on the Steelers will keep the veteran.
