Ravens Interested in Former Steelers CB
PITTSBURGH — The Baltimore Ravens are looking into former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback William Jackson III, hosting him for a visit, according to CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson.
Jackson arrived in Pittsburgh in Week 8 at the trade deadline after the Steelers sent a conditional sixth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft to the Washington Commanders. After re-aggravating a back injury two practices after his arrival, he was placed on Injured Reserve and did not return, playing zero games for the Steelers.
The former first-round pick may not have contributed in Pittsburgh, but he does bring 64 games of starting experience into his eighth season. Between his time with the Cincinnati Bengals and Commanders, he's accumulated 205 tackles, five interceptions, and 51 pass deflections.
With newly-signed Rock Ya-Sin nursing a knee injury heading toward the regular season, Baltimore is looking for backup options alongside Marlon Humphrey.
