Steelers Watch Two Rivals Suffer Key Injuries

The Pittsburgh Steelers watched a bit of a shake-up in the AFC North.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers watched the Baltimore Ravens beat the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11, and during the AFC North brawl, both teams suffered very concerning injuries for their franchises.

For the Ravens, they're believed to have lost tight end Mark Andrews for the remainder of the season. Andrews left with an ankle injury, and afterward, head coach John Harbaugh said he it's "serious" and that it looked "like a season-ending injury."

Andrews caught 43 passes for 521 yards and six touchdowns this season. He was the team's second-leading receiver in terms of yards and receptions, and first in touchdowns.

For the Bengals, they'll wait and see how long they may have to go without their quarterback. Joe Burrow left early in Week 11 with a wrist injury that head coach Zac Taylor believes is a sprain. Burrow isn't expected to miss the remainder of the season, but will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury and whether or not he'll be sidelined.

"In a long season like this, what you’ve got to do is be able to regroup," Taylor said after the game. "We’ve done this kind of situation before. We’ve got to rally these last seven weeks. Great opportunity at home against Pittsburgh to get started on that track."

The Steelers are set to face the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 before traveling to Cincinnati in Week 11. If they beat Cleveland, they'll remain a half-game behind the Ravens in the AFC North race.
