Do Steelers Have Weak Link in Defense?

There are concerns about the Pittsburgh Steelers' linebackers group.
In this story:

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers will have some difficult decisions to make between now and the beginning of the regular season, when they try to improve on last season's impressive stretch run and playoff push.

The first and arguably most important is whether or not to sign Alex Highsmith to a contract extension and prevent him from hitting the open market as a free agent. The star edge defender is almost certain to command a massive salary that the Steelers could ill afford to pay with so many stars on the books for rich contracts and more young talent to play in the coming years so they will have to be creative if they want to keep Highsmith in Pittsburgh.

The second are some position battles at slot corner, inside linebacker, defensive line and wide receiver. There are starting jobs and rotational spots to be won on the field at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

The Steelers will also need to decide if they are happy with the linebacker corps they have on the roster currently. One ESPN analyst believes the unit could be a "potential pitfall" for an otherwise very good defense. Will they add another name to the mix or ride with the current group?
