Tennessee Titans Release Thursday Injury Report Ahead of Week 11 Matchup with Jacksonville Jaguars
The Tennessee Titans are preparing for their first divisional game since Week 5 and are doing so while managing a ton of injury concerns. Thursday's practice brought a long list of players dealing with injuries, but the reality isn't as bad as the list looks.
Let's start with the players who were non-participants in Thursday's session. We saw Derrick Henry and DeAndre Hopkins get their typical Thursday rest. Also, Treylon Burks and Andre Dillard both missed a second-straight day, likely leaving them on track not to play in Week 11.
Defensive back Anthony Kendall has been dealing with his injury for a few weeks and was downgraded to out from limited on Wednesday. Linebacker Chance Campbell was injured in warmups prior to last week's contest against the Buccaneers and was placed on injured reserve on Thursday.
After those nuggets, it is mostly good news for the Titans. Starting right guard Daniel Brunskill and cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting remain limited, leaving their status still open for Week 11 after missing all or most of last week's game.
Another player of note was Ryan Tannehill who practiced in full at Thursday's session and looks primed to return to the field this weekend. With rookie Will Levis in place as the starter, Tannehill's return will be in a reserve role as the backup quarterback.
On the Jacksonville side, as the Titans are used to, the list is much shorter. There are some names of real concern though for the Jaguars. Kick returner and offensive weapon Jamal Agnew has already been declared out and has not practiced. Along with him, starting cornerback Tyson Campbell has yet to practice.
Starting left tackle Anton Harrison and starting receiver Zay Jones has been limited along with talented defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris. All three will be names to watch on Friday and on Sunday morning.
