The Tennessee Titans are once again dealing with a long list of injury ahead of their Week 5 tilt with the division rival Indianapolis colts. Both team released their final injury report of them week on Friday.

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel ruled out three players immediately after Friday's practice in wide receiver Treylon Burks, linebacker Luke Gifford and defensive lineman Teair Tart.

The Titans added another name to the "out" list not long after those announcement with offensive lineman Nicholas Petit-Frere also being declared inactive. A bit of a surprise, Petit-Frere returned early from his suspension and practiced fully all week.

One major area of concern on Friday was the status of defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons who was not seen at practice early in the session, but was seen at the end of practice. Despite being limited, Simmons is expected to play.

The rest is good news for the Titans. Offensive lineman Peter Skoronski will make his return after missing three games and wide receiver Kyle Philips is expected to return after missing the first four games on injured reserve.

Safety Elijah Molden missed Week 4's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, but will be returning to the lineup in Week 5 after practicing in full the final two days of practice. The Titans will have no one questionable heading into the game.

The Colts have injury issues of their own. Starters Kwitty Paye, Shaquille Leonard and Bernhard Raimann will all be out. The biggest name for the Colts to watch now is running back Jonathan Taylor.

Taylor missed the first four weeks on the physically unable to perform list and had major drama with the Colts' front office leading up to the season, but Taylor practice all week for the Colts and is likely to play in this matchup.
