The Tennessee Titans are out of the bye and hoping to be healthier on the other side. That may actually be the case, but the injury report from Thursday's practice is still quite long. Although, that doesn't necessarily mean we should be overly concerned about availability.

The one player it would be fair to be concerned about, who's status is up in the air, is cornerback Roger McCreary. McCreary was limited on Wednesday with a hamstring, but downgraded to a non-participant on Thursday. Never a good sign to be downgraded during the week.

The other two players who are on a path to not play Sunday are quarterback Ryan Tannehill and tight end Josh Whyle, although those absences are expected at this point.

There is plenty of good news though. Both Aaron Brewer and Denico Autry were upgraded from limited on Wednesday to full participants on Thursday. Also, no downgrades for players who missed Week 6's game like Treylon Burks, Teair Tart, Elijah Molden and Luke Gifford.

Burks and Tart's value is obvious as starters, but getting Molden and Gifford back would be huge as well. With Kevin Byard being traded to the Eagles, Molden has a chance to step into a starting role at safety. Gifford on the other hand has primarily played special teams, but the Titans also have used Gifford some on the edge on defense.

The Titans' edge players have not had a great year in Harold Landry, Autry and Arden Key, especially against the run. Gifford is a big, physical linebacker that isn't much of a pass rusher, but can defend the run with size and speed. He could get some defensive snaps against a Falcons offense that likes to run to the perimeter.

Some may fret at seeing Derrick Henry and DeAndre Hopkins on the list, but as mentioned, it is just rest for two experienced veterans who don't need to practice all week to be ready to play. Expect to see both Sunday.
