As for the Titans, wide receiver Kyle Philips and tight end Josh Whyle were a part of the group ruled out on Friday after not practicing all week. Star defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons was also ruled out, but this was expected after he was injured in Week 14.

As for the fourth, that would be nose tackle Teair Tart. However, there are some rumors that Tart is actually being let go from the team, but we have yet to see official confirmation and that situation deserves it's own conversation.

There are four Titans who will be questionable going into Sunday. That will include Denico Autry who is having a career year rushing the passer. His presence would certainly be missed considering Simmons is already out and Tart could be off the team.

That list also see linebacker Jack Gibbens, cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting and wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. All three play pivotal roles as starters for the Titans and could be tremendous losses with the Titans being thin at all three spots.

The Texans are in even worse shape. Talented edge rusher Will Anderson has been ruled out along with starting linebacker Blake Cashman and corner Tavierre Thomas. Standout wide receiver Nico Collins and starting offensive tackle George Fant are questionable, but are not expected to play.

That brings us to C.J. Stroud who was still in concussion protocol as of Friday's practice and hasn't practiced all week. Houston's message this week has been about long-term health for Stroud which could be an indication the star rookie passer will not be available.
