Real Madrid chiefs have compiled a scouting report on Sunderland man Jobe Bellingham, reports claim.

Bellingham only signed for Sunderland in the summer.

He sealed a long-awaited move from Championship rivals Birmingham City with the Black Cats paying £3million for the 18-year-old.

Since, Bellingham has featured in all 11 of Sunderland's opening Championship fixtures, scoring twice and assisting once with Tony Mowbray's side currently sat in 4th.

But reports coming out of Spain this week have revealed that Real Madrid have now sent scouts to watch Bellingham in action.

Spanish outlet El Nacional has revealed that Madrid president Florentino Perez asked chief scout Juni Calafat to watch Bellingham in action for England U19s during this international break, and to compile a report on the younger brother of new Madrid star Jude.

Madrid paid £113million to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, with the 20-year-old having since started to life at Madrid in blistering form scoring eight in eight la Liga outings so far.

Madrid in for Jobe...

It could just be a publicity stunt, or it could be a genuine interest.

Bellingham is showing a lot of quality in the Championship and he's certainly taken his game to another level with Sunderland.

Sunderland though may not be interested in listening to any offers for Bellingham, who signed a long-term contract in the summer.

But like everyone, Bellingham will have a price and the Black Cats will no doubt listen to any offers that come in.

It would be a massive move for Bellingham but whether there's any genuine interest remains to be seen.
