The Southeast team had a bye for the first round and finally got on the field on Wednesday and got a big 6-1 win against the West. The girls from Chesterfield, VA got a great pitching performance in that game and got on the board early to get the win.
The Southwest has had to play two games in the tournament It had little trouble in its first game knocking off the Northwest 13-4. It had a much closer game in the second round as it shut out Latin America 2-0 to advance to the winner's bracket final.
