LOOK: Auburn DB sends interesting tweet about Auburn's quarterback situation
Auburn defensive back Keionte Scott has something to say about the Tigers' quarterback situation.
Following a touchdown drive led by backup quarterback Robby Ashford, Scott - who is out indefinitely with an injury - tweeted out "9." Robby Ashford's number. He has since deleted the tweet.
He could be indicating that the Tigers need to stick with Ashford at QB over Payton Thorne.
Payton Thorne is 10-of-19 passing for 97 yards alongside 16 yards rushing. Robby Ashford is currently 3-of-4 passing for 52 yards and a touchdown with 19 yards rushing.
The offense seems to flow a little better when Ashford is in the game. The Tigers had a drive going at the end of the first half that completely stalled when Thorne entered for Ashford.
It doesn't seem like the team has much of an identity and the rotation at quarterback isn't helping.
