UC Basketball Receives Two AP Top 25 Votes For First Time This Season

The Bearcats are 5-0 to start a season for the second time under Wes Miller.

CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati men's basketball team is catching the eye of at least two AP Top 25 voters as they gun for a 6-0 start to the season on Tuesday.

UC received a pair of votes in the latest poll, marking the first time this season that Wes Miller's crew earned votes.

The two votes essentially leave them tied for the 46th-best ranking nationally in the poll. KenPom has them rated 35th nationally, with the 28th-best defense.

They face a Howard team on the road Tuesday, ranked 209th on KenPom.
