Kirk Herbstreit, Colin Cowherd Down On Cincinnati's CFP Hopes

Cincinnati remained at No. 5 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings.

CINCINNATI — Kirk Herbstreit and Colin Cowherd aren't long on the Bearcats chances to make the College Football Playoff.

Herbstreit acknowledged the Bearcats at No. 5, but isn't sure they'll make it in even if chaos happens.

On the other hand, Cowherd doesn't have UC in his Top-20. Cincinnati hasn't been ranked below No. 8 in any CFP rankings since 2019.
