CINCINNATI — Time for another Recruiting Roundup as UC football gets ready for the first road matchup of the Scott Satterfield era. We start with four-star 2025 quarterback Keelon Russell out of Duncanville (Texas).

According to On3, Russell is the 147th-ranked player nationally and the 12th-best quarterback.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound passer holds 11 other offers from schools like SMU and Baylor.

Moving on to an offer for three-star 2025 linebacker Sam Haley out of Ensworth (Tennessee).

According to 247Sports, Haley is the 57th-ranked linebacker nationally and the 18th-best player in Tennessee.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound talent holds 12 offers from schools like Duke and Georgia Tech.

UC also offered unranked 2025 St. Xavier (Ohio) defensive lineman Gordy Sulfsted.

There are no major rankings for the 6-foot-5, 240-pound lineman who holds two other offers from Iowa and Pittsburgh.

We close with an offer on the hardwood to 2026 Washington County (Ohio) small forward Gabe Weis.

There aren't finalized major 2026 rankings available as Weis enters his sophomore campaign in a few months. 

The 6-foot-7 forward holds other offers from schools like LSU, Ohio, and College of Charleston.
