Shedeur Sanders put his new cleats on display during Tuesday's practice. A throwback with dad's signature shoe, the Nike Diamond Turf 96, and looking quite crisp in them. The red and white version appeared to be a prototype with a black and gold set coming for the entire team before the start of the season.

Deion Sanders recently announced he was rejoining the Nike family after a 14-year hiatus. The 'DT 96' was one of the most popular shoes put out in the mid-90s. It's still gathers a following among collectors and the originals will garner a higher value when the new edition hits the market.

The Nike deal was bittersweet for Sanders after spending over a decade with Under Armour. He thanked Founder/CEO Kevin Plank for his unwavered support throughout the years. Coach Prime also promised a new look for the Buffs with shoes and jerseys. Many have speculated if Nike will give Colorado a similar setup to the one they provide for Oregon with multiple uniform combinations.

The new shoes weren't the only thing Shedeur was showing off. He took his dad for a ride in his Mercedes Maybach truck. A video captured the excitement of Deion being in the passenger seat for once.

Both Prime and Shedeur will be joined by Travis Hunter in Las Vegas for Pac-12 Media Day on Friday. No joke, the Buffs trio will be featured on the main stage at 4:20 p.m. MT. It also marks the first public appearance for Coach Prime since blood clot surgery a month ago.
