Rizy was named Second-Team All-Ivy League, Phil Steele Second-Team All-Ivy League, Bluebloods second-team all-Ivy League, and New England Football Journal Second-Team All-New England during his time in Massachusetts. He played in ten games in 2023 while blocking for the Ivy League rushing leader, Aidan Borguet. He has two years left of eligibility and finished last year with an offensive grade of 74.6 per PFF.com
Rizy marks the third transfer offensive lineman heading into the 2024 class. The 6'5'', 305-pound senior lineman will be joining Richie Leonard IV (Florida) and Terrence Fergeson (Alabama) on the front lines.
The Westport, Connecticut native can play multiple positions, switching from guard and center and fits the mold that offensive coordinator Alex Atkins wants in developing a diverse offensive line.
Harvard went 8-2 last season finishing second in the conference.
