Former FSU Star Terance Mann Buys $4.8 Millon Mansion In Los Angeles
Entering his fifth year at the NBA level, Terance Mann has become known for his defense, hustle, and ability to fill whatever role the Los Angeles Clippers need.
A former second-round pick in 2019, he's earned every single opportunity that has come his way in LA while proving to be a complementary piece around Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. In the process, Mann developed into a steal for the franchise.

However, the Clippers recognized his worth and rewarded Mann with a two-year/$22-million extension in 2021 that kicks in this offseason. After making $6.2 million during the entirety of his rookie contract, he'll net north of $10.5 million in 2023-24.
The well-deserved salary boost and nearly half-decade tenure in Los Angeles have Mann laying roots for his future with the franchise. According to Front Office Sports, the former Florida State star recently closed on a $4.8 million new mansion in the San Fernando Valley.
The home has plenty of features such as an infinity pool, basketball court, movie theater, bar, wine fridge, and a massive master bedroom with a rainfall shower.
Mann has appeared in 270 games, with 85 starts, and averages 8.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 0.5 steals in 21.5 minutes per game during his four years with the Clippers. He's started 69 games over the past two seasons and recorded a career-high 39 points, two rebounds, one assist, and two steals while connecting on 7/10 threes in a playoff closeout victory against Utah in 2021.
Prior to his time in the NBA, Mann starred at Florida State for four years. He was an important piece to the puzzle during one of the most successful runs in program history for head coach Leonard Hamilton and the Seminoles. Mann appeared in a program-best 140 games while coming out on top in 98 of them, which is also a school record.
Mann was named an All-ACC honorable mention in 2018 and 2019. During his 140 appearances, with 101 starts at Florida State, Mann averaged 9.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in 25.9 minutes per game. He's one of three players in school history with at least 1,300 points, 600 rebounds, 200 assists, and 100 steals.
