Bulldogs Look to Complete Third Straight Shutout Against Vanderbilt Saturday

The Georgia Bulldogs will hope to maintain this insane defensive standard in Saturday's game against the Commodores

Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs have always maintained an extremely high standard when it comes to the defensive side of the ball. So much so, that the expectation amongst the defensive unit is that no team should ever score. Unfortunately for the Vanderbilt Commodores, the Bulldogs have lived up to that standard in recent years.

It has been roughly 1,500 days since the Vanderbilt Commodores have managed to score a single point against the Georgia Bulldogs with their most recent point being a field goal during the season opener in 2019. Since then, the two teams have met twice with Georgia winning both games by a combined score of 117-0.

Coming off of their best performance of the season against Kentucky, the Bulldogs seem more than capable of once again shutting out a Vanderbilt team that has now lost five straight games.
